Teens Therapy

Therapy is a space where you can talk freely-without feeling judged, rushed, or "lectured."

Growing up comes with a lot: school pressure, friendships, family expectations, figuring out who you are, and dealing with emotions that can feel intense or confusing. Therapy gives you a place to slow down and make sense of all of that, at your own pace.

You don't have to know exactly what to say or where to start. Even "I don't know, I just feel off is enough.

The focus isn't on what's "right" or "wrong," but on understanding what you're experiencing-and finding ways to move forward that feel healthier and more supportive for you.

The goal is to help you feel understood, build coping skills, and navigate what you're going through in a way that feels right for you-not forced.

Confidentiality

What you share in therapy stays private.

Confidentiality is a core part of the process, it helps create a space where you can speak honestly and safely.

There are a few exceptions, which we'll always be transparent about:

In these situations, the priority is safety, and only the necessary information is shared.

For teens, we aim to balance privacy with parental involvement. While parents/guardians may be kept informed about general progress, the details of what is shared in sessions remain confidential unless there is a safety concern. < br>
If you ever have questions about confidentiality, you're always welcome to ask, we'll walk you through it.
