Individual Therapy

If you've been thinking about reaching out for support, you're not alone and you've already taken a meaningful first step. Individual therapy is a space that's just for you.

It's where you can talk openly about what's been on your mind whether that's stress, relationships, work, identity, or something you can't quite put into words yet. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. We'll meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Together, we make sense of what you're experiencing, understand patterns that might be holding you back, and find ways to help you feel more grounded, clear, and supported

You can come in with a specific concern or simply a feeling that something isn't quite right. Both are valid starting points :

Confidentiality

What you share in therapy stays private.

Confidentiality is a core part of the process, it helps create a space where you can speak honestly and safely.
